What you will be doing
A great way to clear the head and put the busy week behind you while getting some good quality exercise in. A full body, challenging, and adventurous workout on your bike 🚵
Routine
Expect a high intensity workout that will be tough on the legs and arms. It will be a cross country cycle in London with a small hike for 30 minutes and then a return cycle to meeting destination.
Notes
Meet at the Bandstand. This will be a two hour workout. More of a challenging outdoor experience!
