What you will be doing
Try your hand at pole dancing - all while enjoying being outdoors! Pole dance is a great way to get fit while having fun. It works your upper body and core - and is a fantastic calisthenics workout. Open to both women and men, you will be taught beginner moves in a safe and encouraging environment.
Routine
We will start with a quick warm up to make sure all the key muscle groups needed for pole are targeted. Then we will take it in turns going on the pole, learning basic moves and doing some conditioning. Please note that some skin grip will be required for certain moves - that's just the nature of the sport. Shorts are preferable but not essential - all classes will be accommodated for whatever you choose to wear.

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
