What you will be doing
This is a high intensity class using just body weight. It is a mix of tabata, time frame and rep counts. Let's get the heart rate up and start the day with a good sweat.
We will start with mobility and warm up to prepare the body for high intensity exercises and finish with a nice stretch and cool down.
This class takes place on multiple dates, view all available dates.
Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
