What you will be doing
Get a full body stretch session from the comfort of your own home. All you'll need is a mat and some water to stay hydrated.
After a quick warmup, you will be guided through a series of stretches targeting all the key muscle groups, including back, shoulders, glutes, and legs. We will work on both active and passive stretching, making sure we strengthen as well as lengthen.
This class takes place on multiple dates, view all available dates.
Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
