Dynamic Yoga flow sequences connecting breath with movement, based around traditional Sun Salutations interspersed with strengthening poses/routines and flexibility transitions. Suitable for all levels, taught with an holistic approach with gradually increasing intensity for you to choose your level. This class brings the physical fitness of Yoga together with a more traditional holistic approach towards your body, connecting the Mind with Breath with Body to feel energised, stronger, more mobile and grounded. Please have your Yoga mat at the ready, a drink of water and if you have Yoga blocks do have these handy too!
