What you will be doing
Are you ready for enormous amounts of endorfins?! Total body high intense interval training! Let's jump, pump and run! We are going to hit strongly into the cardio which will raise our heartbeats and merger this with some strengthening movements to build our strong, lean muscles. Perfect training for those who want to have a great time & enhance our athletic power :)
Routine
Warm up: mobility and cardio excercises focusing on targeted muscles.
Main part: Brutal HIIT: 40s intense work/ long 20s rest (time for yourself) Recovery: 30s- 1 min break in between the cycles
We are going to finish it with relaxing stretching :)
Notes
Please bring a small towel.
Meeting point nearby the wooden posts.
Changes need time so be patient, motivated and enjoy the process.
