Expect precise and low impact mat exercises that work wonders for your core and posture. With less of a spiritual side than yoga, Pilates focuses on core strength and flexibility.

Perfect and precise movements that leave your legs burning and abs quivering. Expect a tough 30 minutes of mat work followed by 15 wondrous minutes of deep stretches.
All movement in Pilates begins at the centre and moves outward to the limbs. We focus on our powerhouse first; a group of muscles in the centre of the body encompassing the abdomen, lower and upper back, hips, bottom, and inner thighs.
Please have a mat and water handy.
