What you will be doing
Recharge your body and soul in this slow paced class infused with restorative yin. It will be the highlight at the end of your week! We will begin with slow movements and gentle flow to awaken the body. Followed by long holding soft stretches bringing all the relaxation into our muscles, fascia and joints. Ending with a guided meditation in savasana.

Routine
Warm-up focusing on the joints and spine; gentle flow sequence to warm up the body; floor sequence holding poses 3-5minutes (mostly reclined & seated positions); savasana - guided meditation
Notes
Meet by the bandstand as detonated by the pin. Bring: Mat Warm layer of clothes (you might feel chilly in the longer holds without) Cushion or block if you can to feel supported and relaxed in your holds
