What you will be doing
Belly dance is a fusion of sensual Arabian music and various choreography, designed to tone, develop flexibility, build upper body and core muscle strength. we will be dancing on differents styles of Egyptian belly dance shaaby balady and oriental.
it is a low impact total body workout great for women of any fitness. this class will include lots of shimmies, isolations, undulations, and traveling steps that help to work your entire body, get your heart pumping and make you sweat.
