What you will be doing
This is a bitesize version of my Recover session to give your body some much needed TLC on a weekly basis. Whether you've been training hard and need to stretch out those tight muscles or if you haven't been moving enough and need to give your body some love, this session is a great addition to your training.
Routine
This session includes mobility exercises, stretches and self myofascial release using trigger point balls and vibrating foam rollers.

To find the studio take the alley way to the right of the Blackbird Bakery.
