To start, we'll get the heart pumping to give our legs the oxygen they’ll need. We’ll s t r e t c h so we’re ready to workout efficiently and safely.
Every leg muscle twill be put through their full range of motion for total muscle fibre recruitment. Expect two leg sets that you’ll be reminiscing about the next day. Why? Because of that ever so wonderful, life affirming soreness of a job well done. 😖😩🥲😀 #sorrynotsorry
