What you will be doing
Join me for a full body strength building interval circuit workout.
We will be using bars, suspension straps, resistance bands and our own bodyweight. All levels welcome as all stations can be adapted to suit any level. Is there an exercise you would like to master? Maybe you’d like to nail your first full press up, or your first pull up? Or perhaps you’d like to attempt a pistol squat, a squat roll or hollow rock? Or maybe improve your plank, L-sit or dead hang? Come and give them all a try!
Be warned… this can be addictive!
We will be starting off with a much needed mobility warm up followed by a circuit style bodyweight workout. Finishing up with a chill out and stretch.
