What you will be doing
During Gong Sound Bath you immerse yourself in the reverberations of gongs. These vibrations can help in stress reduction, enhancing relaxation, and nurturing a sense of well-being.
Routine
All you need to do is lie down in a comfortable position and allow yourself to be bathed in the sounds and vibrations produced by the gongs. This practice is a form of sound therapy and is used to enhance mindfulness and inner peace. We love the low sounds of the gongs, even when we don’t hear them, we feel the vibrations. The sound of the gong helps our brains reach deep relaxation. During a gong bath our brain waves begin to match the stable frequency of the gong; this helps create overall harmony within our bodies leaving you rejuvenated.
Notes
This class takes place at the Little Escape Studio. Please take the alley way next to Blackbird Bakery and the studio is to the left of the LIttle Escape practice.
