What you will be doing
This is a circuit style workout focusing on using just gravity and your own bodyweight to build strength and mobility.
Routine
Expect to try exercises such as push ups, pull ups, pistol squats, dips lunges and many many more. Please rest assured there are regressions for every exercise meaning anyone of any level of strength can take part in this class
Notes
This class takes place at the Little Escape Studio. Please take the alley way next to Blackbird Bakery and the studio is to the left of the LIttle Escape practice.

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
