What you will be doing
Why not start off Saturday in a great way, getting on a good sweat and heart rate up? This class is mainly body weight, high intensity using time and rep count for different circuits.
We will start with mobility and warm up, then we will head to the main exercises and finish with a nice stretch and cool down.
