After a quick warm up we will hit abs muscles hard! Short, but intensive, surely you can find 20-25 min today to workout at least 1 part of your body? ;-)
- Prepare a mat or comfortable space on the floor
- Bottle/glass of water!
- Ankle weights/dumbbells if you're intermediate/advanced for extra challenge! ;-)
