What you will be doing
You will need 1 or 2 soft massage balls ideally (or tennis balls) and lacrosse ball. Fascia Release has CHANGED MY LIFE! It can be used anywhere and anytime, takes only 30 seconds to 2 minutes on each trigger point for best result. It feels like a deep tissue self-massage
