What you will be doing
Barre instructor Maxine, has over 25 years of dance experience, is a qualified fitness instructor and has been teaching Barre for over 6 years. Her unique teaching style strengthens & lengthens your muscles whilst targeting your mobility and caring for your knees. She also works as a performer and movement director.
Routine
This class will tone, stretch and get your heart rate up with a combination of ballet and fitness derived exercises.
I offer fun and social fitness classes at my studio in the heart of Crystal Palace and in Crystal Palace Park....
