What you will be doing
Glute training aka booty training: exercising consisted of sets of 40 seconds of exercise at a controlled effort (thinking about the muscle as you perform with each rep) with 20 sec rest . how many blocks will vary from class to class 1-5 plus ( blocks are number of exercises within 1 round) after you have finish a block you will get a water break.
COME AND WORK WITH THE TRAINER WHO CLIENTS AND SUPPORTERS HAVE GIVEN HIM THE TITLE OF "GLUTE KING"
Session consists of a 10min warm up (5mins activation and 5min warm up) Followed by 30min full glute timed based exercises. ending with 5min cool down.
