What you will be doing
If you are looking for a flowy, sweaty class to strengthen your core, glutes and thighs then this is for you. We will work with our breath as we move through Sun Salutations and variations of plank to activate and strengthen our body, maybe even grab some weights in some of the poses. Main focus will be core activation, including deep core muscles, and strengthening. Previous experience is recommended as we will not focus on alignment. Bring your core and see you on the mat! Please bring your own mat, props and sanitiser.
The class will start with a short warm up to connect with our breath and "oil" our joints , then move into a flowy sequence that will raise the fire in our body. We will take a sweet cool down with some stretches before finishing in the final relaxation pose, Savasana. Let's make this happen :D
