What you will be doing
Low impact routine that combines the principles of ballet, fitness and pilates.
We’ll start with a warm up to get your body ready, followed by arms and legs. We’ll move on to the “Barre” (you can use a chair) where you’ll experience the famous barre burn, and we’ll finish with an abs routine. This is a full body workout suitable for women of all levels.
