What you will be doing
Star your morning with this 30min Ab blast! Focusing on the front of your core. The importance of this session is to support what you do in the kitchen, so lets reap the rewards of what you do in and out of your session.
Session consists of a 5min warm up Followed by ab blast timed based exercises. ending with 5min cool down.
