What you will be doing
Join me for a full body strength workout
We will be using bars, suspension straps, resistance bands and our own bodyweight to perform some serious strength building exercises targeting all of the major muscle groups.
Please don't be scared, this class can be adapted for all levels.
We will be starting off with a much needed mobility warm up followed by strength based rounds focusing on each muscle group in turn. Finishing up with a chill out and stretch.
Please bring water and good vibes.
