What you will be doing
Power up your weekend with this yoga-inspired workout. Expect to get your heart pumping as you build strength in the upper body, core and legs π₯. We will use movement and breath to build heat in the body and you will leave feeling energised and with a clear head to tackle whatever comes nextπ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ.
Routine
We will play with fast paced flows and holding poses to build strength, focusing on fitness, rather than philosophy. This class combines cardio and strength, but don't worry - you will still get your savasana!
Notes
If you don't have a yoga mat I recommend practicing on a towel to prevent slipping.
