What you will be doing
A little mid-week pick me up to get you going and help you find clarity in your week. This 40 min class will consist of a 30 minutes vinyasa flow to awaken your body accompanied by a 10 min meditation to awaken your mind. The main goal is to feel happy and ready for the day.
- Warm-up sequence for joint health and mobility
- Sun salutations to bring heat and energy to the body
- Standing sequence to build strength
- Floor sequence to revitalise and restore
- 10 min meditation to calm the mind & set your intentions for the day
*the flow will be presented with options to modify for different levels of experience or preference
