What you will be doing
Get ready for an intense workout that gonna alternate burst of intense activity and lighter exercises... Be prepare to run , jump, push and kick !
After a nice warm up we will jump into an High intensity session that will include strenght and cardio elements !Session will end with Abs and stretch!
