What you will be doing
A Yin & Yang based Yoga class
This class is the midweek tonic, its a warm bath at the end of a long day. This is a very gentle flow class with an emphasis on ironing out the body's kinks, unwinding and getting you ready for some lovely Zzzzz's. Each week we focus on different parts of the body to stretch and unwind and just like in Yin Yoga we tend to hold (with very little effort) the poses for longer. With a lovely Yoga Nidra (sleep meditation) at the end. All levels welcome.
