What you will be doing
A nourishing on-line class offering a flowing meditative practice at a slower and more relaxing pace. Open for all levels.
Props - we'll be using the following props, or alternatives :-) Strap - or dressing gown belt.Block - or thick book (this will be to sit on).Bolster - or you can wrap a pillow length ways with a bath towel. Blanket.
Connecting breath to movement to gently warm the body releasing tension and soothing the nervous system. Moving into nourishing relaxing postures each held for a few minutes to give deeper relaxation and restoration to leave you feeling calm, grounded, present and relaxed.
On-line class. I will provide a Spotify play-list to support the class, the link will be emailed with the class details 15 mins before starting. I recommend playing this on a separate device so you can adjust the volume of the class and music seperately.
