What you will be doing
The Push/Pull Workout split is probably the most efficient workout split there is because all related muscle groups are trained together in the same workout. The reason it works so well is that it places more emphasis on multi-joint compound exercises than on isolation-based ones. If you are ready to reshape your body than join the session. It is the first part out of three workouts for more effective body transformation. Book your spot.
Body weight training infused with dumbbells and resistance band exercises 30-40 seconds work and 20-30 seconds rest periods. All exercises can be adjusted to any skill level.
Please have a yoga mat, resistance bands and/or weights and a water bottle handy if possible.
