EVERYONE IS WELCOME. All moves modified to suit your strengths. You can opt to share your screen with the team or work out incognito. There's no dress code and no experience is necessary.
Whether you run out of time for exercise or find it tough to be active, this class is for you. 1 in 3 of us struggle to get moving, but once you start you won't want to stop.

Routine
Expect a super stealth warm-up of stretches, then sequences of postures and exercises that will move the entire body (in the format of activity and rests), followed by a quickie cool down.
No equipment needed, nor a large amount of space. Just water to refresh.
