What you will be doing
Massive bodyweight workout dedicated for our main stabilizer muscles. Loads of cardio, plyo, strengthening excercises, focused on our core and glutes 🍑! Shape up with me during this quarantine 💪🏼! All fitness levels welcome, so don't hesitate, and book yourself in🥳!
Warm up: mobility and cardio excercises focusing on targeted muscles.
Main part: 30- 40s intense work/ long 20s rest (time for yourself) Recovery: 30s- 1 min break in between the cycles
We are going to finish it with relaxing stretching :)
Please prepare mat/towel, water, and gazillion of energy 🔋 ☀️
