Shesensu with Sarah Aarons
Shesensu is a fitness concept that combines cardio, sculpt, stretch and mindfulness mixing Ancient and Modern, Eastern and Western into one intelligent movement flow. It's about being playful, mindful and sensual whilst achieving an effective workout that brings balance physically and mentally. Shesensu is about encouraging love and appreciation for the body... letting you admire what your body can do rather then what it looks like. You will leave the class feeling strong, flexible and lifted.
Nurturing Flow Yoga with Vic Bav Yoga
A deep, slow, gentle flow. Offering a restorative practice and giving time to fully feel the benefits of each posture. Incorporating physical practice, pranayama and meditation.
With a focus on opening your heart chakra - the centre of love, compassion, empathy and forgiveness - this flow will nurture your body and nourish your soul. Warming you from the inside out.
