Body Weight Bootcamp
What you will be doing
Get fit and strong using nothing but your own body weight as resistance. You will be surprised at the results you can get without pumping any iron or setting foot in a gym. The focus of this class is to build strength and endurance, to help you feel tough enough to take on anything!
This class is a full body, strength based class using body weight exercises. All exercises can be adjusted by the trainer to suit you, so all levels are welcome in this class.
