What you will be doing
This is a 30 minute class ALL ABOUT THE CORE not just abs but the whole core group which is the abs, obliques, lower back AND glutes... yep the whole family!!
most people hate to do core workout, so i have made this one with a abit of a mixed sessions, meaning, we start with 40sec work / 20 sec rest, and make are way down to a tabata format 20/10
Session consists of a 5min warm up Followed by full body timed based exercises. ending with 5min cool down.
meet via zoom Any injuries please think twice before booking a class ( if you want to stay active I don't blame you but maybe a walk will be better until you have heal up fully) your health and safety is most important!!
