What you will be doing
A slow and steady flow aimed to strengthen and stretch the entire body. You will have options throughout the class to cater to your level and the degree of challenge you’re looking for in your practice. Expect to get a little sweaty and build strength and flexibility in both the body and mind.
Who this is for: Anyone who wants to move their body alongside other humans 😅Options will be offered for all levels!
What to expect: A well-rounded class, always beginning and ending with a short breathing meditation. Warm up, Sun Salutations and a variety of standing and seated poses, strung together by themes evolving over the course of each month.
