Join Sarah and Kate to gently walk off some of the day to day stress and start February with purpose! We’ll talk about our stresses with a focus on ‘what we CAN do’, so that you leave with a tweak or change to help your day.
Routine
All outdoors in nature, walking and talking for added wellness.
