What you will be doing
A sweat drenched carousel of circuits throughout the park. Join for an intense full body workout with stations that hit every muscle group. No tendon will be spared.
We start with a warm-up to prepare your body and mind for what’s to come.
Then we intersperse bursts of high-intensity exercise with actions designed to strengthen your limbs and core and make you feel the burn. 🔥
We cool down with a walk, stretches and breathing exercises. You’ll walk away from the group ready to take on the rest of your day feeling strong and accomplished 💪
Exercises will be done in intervals of 20-40 seconds work and 5-15 seconds rest.
