What you will be doing
Take a moment to recenter: Step away from the busyness of your day and immerse yourself in a moment of calm and mindfulness. In this 20-minute session, you'll be gently guided through a series of breathwork techniques designed to soothe and regulate your nervous system.
Routine
These practices are powerful tools to manage stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and improve sleep, mood, and productivity. Leave the session feeling more centered, relaxed, and balanced, ready to take on the rest of your day with renewed energy and clarity.
Notes
This class takes place at the Little Escape Studio. Please take the alley way next to Blackbird Bakery and the studio is to the left of the LIttle Escape practice.
