Looking to lose a few pounds or increase lean muscle?
Come and join me for a unique hour of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Yoga-based strengthening and Animalistic movements. I have combined the best elements of these 3 types of training into a bodyweight session that will leave you burning body fat for several hours after the session. You will feel invigorated for the day ahead and leave with a raw sense of happiness and clarity.
My class is especially suitable for people who compete in all types of sports or solo exercise. It is also the perfect compliment to anyone who engages in resistance weight training in a gym.

Music - Upbeat music which changes weekly.
10 minute Yoga based warm-up. 25 minutes HIIT, Strength and Animalistic movement. 10 minute of mobility and recovery.
Workout intensity may change depending on the weather. For example, if it is colder than expected we will aim to get the body warm quickly for optimum performance and efficiency!
Meeting point will be next to outdoor gym!
