After successful launch of "Pilates by the Sea" events in Asia, Nicole is happy to launch Pilates by the Green in London. She hope everyone can enjoy the benefits of Pilates and take some time to enjoy the natural beauty in the Earth. Finding a balance of physical and mental peace is important in life. We can wait at Hampstead Heath Overground station exit at 9:45am and walk towards the Park together. Bring your own Mat! (bottle of water and towel depending on your needs). Please wear sports outfit that allows movement.
For community's safety and health, please do not book the session if you experience covid-19 symptoms or any current injury not until you get advice from GP you are good fit to start to exercise again.
If there will be predicted heavy shower on 21 May by 7-day weather forecast approaching the event date, we will reschedule it to 29 May (Sun) instead. Will keep you posted.
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
