Warm up 10 minutes Bodyweight warmup Focusing on cardio, mobility and muscle activation
40 minutes Whole body exercises using various types of exercises from my Bamboo Flow Style!
Cool down 10 minutes Active mobility and stretches for muscle recovery
Meet Just outside the front of the LIDO on the grass!
