What you will be doing
A mediative class for the mind body and soul as we go on a journey inwards holding poses for longer than you would be used to in a flow class. Getting deep into the connective tissues releasing blockages and deeper at an emotional level. Ending with a Yoga Nidra or yoga sleep for deep relaxation.
