What you will be doing
This class uses compound movements and exercises to improve physical fitness and well-being. No matter your fitness level, this class is a great place to start or continue your journey towards greater strength, mobility, and endurance. During class, you will engage in exercises incorporating multiple planes of movement and promoting functional strength and balance. The class will also include stretching and mobility work to promote proper movement patterns and reduce the risk of injury.
Routine
You can expect to challenge yourself with compound movements incorporating multiple muscle groups and promoting functional movement patterns. The exercises may include squats, lunges, twists, and other three-dimensional movements. The class is designed to progressively increase in intensity and complexity as you build strength and stamina, so you can continue to challenge yourself and progress over time.
Notes
This class takes place at the Little Escape Studio. Please take the alley way next to Blackbird Bakery and the studio is to the left of the LIttle Escape practice.
