What you will be doing
We will be starting with a Shesensu session with Sarah. Shesensu is a unique fitness concept that combines cardio, sculpt, stretch and mindfulness. Following the energising ‘Yan’ part of the evening, led by Sarah, we will move into ‘Yin’ where Yoko will lead you through a series of somatic stretches and breathing techniques handy for calming your nervous system at any time of the day.
Routine
Yoko will then guide you into joyful free expression to a series of sumptuous evocative beats. You can use this space in any physical way you like to merge with the music or let the music wash over you. We will be offering a round of tea to share our experience or to make new friends.
