What you will be doing

This is the classic barre strength and conditioning class but with a twist, in that the focus is more on the cardiovascular and the immense health benefit of an interval training. The impact option is available but never compulsory. The moves are the familiar barre moves from ballet, pilates and even some yoga stretches, and the focus will still be lengthening and conditioning of muscles, but there will be perhaps a touch more cardio than a barre class as we might know it.

Routine

Pilates, dance and yoga influenced moves, as well as general fitness moves such as functioning training in rotation and squads as well as the ballet side of things, such as arms and posture carriage plies. The class will be challenging but mostly it is fun, and suitable modification will be provided at all the necessary junctures.

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time

All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
