Welcome to the Breathwork Taster Session!
In today’s session, we’ll explore how Breathwork can help down-regulate your nervous system, promoting relaxation and a sense of calm. This practice is designed to help you ground yourself, reduce stress, and find balance through the power of your breath.
Routine
I’ll be guiding you through a gentle and restorative Breathwork practice, perfect for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, or simply learn more about how intentional breathing can positively impact your body, emotions and mind.

Notes
This class takes place at the Little Escape Studio. Please take the alley way next to Blackbird Bakery and the studio is to the left of the LIttle Escape practice.
