Get ready to reshape your body and tone your lower body with this legs, bum & tum home workout.
All you’ll need is a mat, plus some weights if you want to up the intensity.
Boom & Tum LBT Workout is an explosive circuit, created to reshape your legs, bum, and tum. Don't worry we will push hard for only 5 minutes, and after we will enjoy our rest together.

During our LBT HIIT class, you can have your rest anytime you need and restart the exercise again as soon your body had enough rest.
Remember: You know your body, no one else!!
So, now you need just to try it, don't forget to choose your favorite music during our sessions, as well, don't forget to bring with you a lot of motivation & determination. Take a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated during the session, maybe a mat if you want to be comfier, plus some weights if you want to up the intensity.

Refunds are available for all cancellations done at least 12 hours before the start-time
All BUA classes with no client bookings get removed from the platform 48 hours before the start-time.
