What you will be doing
Who knew a core workout could be fun??
This is a 45 minute class devoted entirely to strengthening the most important part of your body without a sit up in sight!
We will be taking a full core approach, working on all of the abdominal muscle groups, including the obliques, as well as your lower back muscles.
We will be starting off with a mobility warm up, followed by a main section using hula hoops, ab wheels, sliders, resistance bands and weights to challenge that core. Finishing off with a blissful stretch.
Modifications will be offered throughout, making this class suitable for all levels.
This will be a fully guided workout, so no previous experience is needed of using any of the equipment, including the hula hoop!
