Join us for a 30 minute session that focuses on mobility and flexibility. Long held stretches and focus on breathing patterns will leave you feeling relaxed and ready to attack the next week of training!
Full body stretches held for differing durations with focus on breathing for maximum effectiveness in the stretch positions.
