What you will be doing
HOW YOU DOING MUMS this one is all for you. we going to get to work on our BUM & TUMES!! going to ease our way into the workout with a nice 35 sec work 25sec rest format, then up our game to 40sec work 20 rest format.
this one is all about the abs, obliques and glutes!!
Session consists of a 5 min warm up Followed by BUMS & TUMS timed based exercises. ending with 5min cool down.
